حضور منظمة اشراقات للتنمية , جلسة تحضيرية لبرنامج تفاعل المنفذ من قبل منظمة النجدة الشعبية (PAO) بدعم من (Counterpart) وبتمويل من USAID, حضر الاجتماع عدد من الشخصيات الحكومية الرسمية وشيوخ العشائر
شهد الاجتماع حضور عدد من الشخصيات الحكومية الرسمية وشيوخ العشائر والناشطين والاعلاميين في المجتمع والنساء الناشطات والمؤثرات وممثلي منظمات المجتمع المدني .
تهدف الجلسة التحضيرية إلى التعرف على المشاكل التي تعاني منها المحافظة والتي تعتبر تحدي حقيقي للمواطنين والتعرف على أسباب هذه المشاكل ووضع حلول لها وفق معايير اختيار المشكلة التي تم وضعها من قبل الحاضرين في الجلسة , كانت الجلسة بأدارة المهندسة زمن الحمداني منسقة منظمة النجدة الشعبية في المثنى .
تمحورت المناقشات في الاجتماع حول أهمية تعزيز دور الشباب والحكومة المحلية في التغلب على المشاكل للمجتمعات الفقيرة والمهمشة. حيث شاركت الشخصيات الحكومية بتقديم الدعم اللازم للمساهمة في حل المشاكل بشكل فعال ومستدام.
ومن جانبها، أكدت منظمة اشراقات للتنمية التزامها بالمشاركة في البرنامج وتوفير جميع الموارد الضرورية لضمان نجاحه. كما سيقدم المشروع التدريبات والموارد الفنية للمشاركين من أجل بناء قدراتهم وتمكينهم من الاستفادة القصوى من البرنامج.
وفي نهاية الجلسة التحضيرية جرت انتخابات لاختيار( مجلس المدينة في السماوة ) , وهو احد الهياكل الاجتماعية للمشروع والمكون من 20 عضو جرى اختيارهم بالتصويت حيث تم اختيار السيد دريد الاعرجي رئيساً للمجلس , السيدة سوزان الصائغ ميسراً للمجلس وتم اخيار عدد من الشباب لمسؤولية الدعم اللوجستي , فيما تم اختيار الأعضاء الباقين ومن ضمنهم رئيس منظمة اشراقات للتنمية .
بعد انتهاء الجلسة التحضيرية، أعربت الشخصيات الحكومية وشيوخ العشائر عن تفاؤلهم تجاه البرنامج وثقتهم في تحقيق نتائج إيجابية.
Attendance of Ishraqat Development Organization, a preparatory session for the Interaction Program implemented by the Popular Aid Organization (PAO) with support from (Counterpart) and funding from USAID, the meeting was attended by a number of official government figures and tribal sheikhs.
The meeting was attended by a number of official government figures, tribal sheikhs, activists, media professionals in the community, active and influential women, and representatives of civil society organizations.
The preparatory session aims to identify the problems suffered by the governorate, which are a real challenge for citizens, and to identify the causes of these problems and find solutions to them according to the criteria for selecting the problem that were set by the attendees in the session. The session was moderated by Engineer Zaman Al-Hamdani, the coordinator of the Popular Aid Organization in Muthanna.
The discussions in the meeting focused on the importance of strengthening the role of youth and local government in overcoming the problems of poor and marginalized communities. Government figures participated in providing the necessary support to contribute to solving the problems in an effective and sustainable manner.
For its part, Ishraqat Development Organization confirmed its commitment to participate in the program and provide all necessary resources to ensure its success. The project will also provide training and technical resources to participants to build their capacities and enable them to benefit the most from the program.
At the end of the preparatory session, elections were held to select the (Samawah City Council), which is one of the social structures of the project and consists of 20 members who were chosen by voting. Mr. Duraid Al-Araji was chosen as the head of the council, Ms. Susan Al-Sayegh as the facilitator of the council, and a number of young people were chosen to be responsible for logistical support, while the remaining members were chosen, including the head of the Ishraqat Development Organization.
After the end of the preparatory session, government figures and tribal sheikhs expressed their optimism about the program and their confidence in achieving positive results.
