اقامت جمعية الفردوس العراقية بالشراكة مع مؤسسة المراة العراقية الماهرة ومنظمة اشراقات للتنمية و في إطار مشروع خدمات الدعم الميداني للشرق الأوسط، الذي تنفذه شركة كووتر انترناشونال ويموله قسم الشؤون الدولية الكندية، اليوم الاول من الورشة التدريبية الرابعة في محافظة المثنى حول "استراتيجيات حماية البيئة في محافظة المثنى". لمدة يومين ابتداءا من تاريخ 25 ايار مايو 2024 .
قدم مدرب الورشة الأستاذ يوسف سوادي جبار مدير بيئة محافظة المثنى مادة تدريبية حول المشاكل البيئية وحلولها والتي تؤثر على الفرد والمجتمع . فيما شهدت الورشة حضورًا متميزًا من مديرية زراعة المثنى وممثلات عن اقسام وشعب شؤون المرأة في مديرية تربية المثنى وجامعة المثنى وعدد من الناشطين البيئيين و ومنظمات المجتمع المدني .
وتأتي هذه الورشة ضمن أنشطة مشروع الائتلاف البيئي الجنوبي لمستقبل مستدام، الذي يعكس الجهود المشتركة والتعاون بين منظمات المجتمع المدني والمؤسسات الحكومية بهدف بناء مجتمع مستدام يقوم على ركائز حماية البيئة ومواجهة التحديات البيئية والمناخية.

The Iraqi Al-Firdaws Association, in partnership with the Skilled Iraqi Women Foundation and the Eshraqat Organization for Development, and within the framework of the Field Support Services Project for the Middle East, implemented by Kooter International and funded by the Canadian International Affairs Department, held the first day of the fourth training workshop in Al-Muthanna Governorate on “Strategies for Environmental Protection in the Governorate.” Double". For two days, starting from May 25, 2024.
The workshop trainer, Mr. Yousef Sawadi Jabbar, Director of the Environment of Muthanna Governorate, presented a training material on environmental problems and their solutions that affect the individual and society. The workshop witnessed a distinguished presence from the Muthanna Agriculture Directorate, representatives of the women’s affairs departments and divisions in the Muthanna Education Directorate, Muthanna University, and a number of environmental activists and civil society organizations.
This workshop comes within the activities of the Southern Environmental Coalition for a Sustainable Future project, which reflects joint efforts and cooperation between civil society organizations and government institutions with the aim of building a sustainable society based on the pillars of environmental protection and confronting environmental and climate challenges.
