اقامت جمعية الفردوس العراقية بالتعاون مع مؤسسة المرأة العراقية الماهرة ومنظمة إشراقات للتنمية الورشة التدريبية في قاعة حرير بمحافظة المثنى حول "تقييم الأثر البيئي". بتاريخ 26 نيسان ابريل 2024 في إطار مشروع خدمات الدعم الميداني للشرق الأوسط، الذي تنفذه شركة كووتر انترناشونال ويموله قسم الشؤون الدولية الكندية،
حيث قدم الدكتور شكري الحسن مادة تدريبية حول الأثر البيئي وتداعياته واجراءات التقييم.
تجدر الاشارة الى ان هذه الورشة ضمن أنشطة مشروع الائتلاف البيئي الجنوبي لمستقبل مستدام، بما يعكس الجهود المشتركة والتعاون بين منظمات المجتمع المدني والمؤسسات الحكومية بهدف بناء مجتمع مستدام يقوم على ركائز حماية البيئة ومواجهة التحديات البيئية والمناخية.
The Iraqi Firdaus Association, in cooperation with the Skilled Iraqi Women Foundation and the Eshraqat Organization for Development, held the second training workshop in the Harir Hall in Muthanna Governorate on “Environmental Impact Assessment.” On April 27, 2024, within the framework of the Middle East Field Support Services Project, implemented by Kooter International and funded by the Canadian International Affairs Department,
Dr. Shukri Al-Hassan presented a training material on the environmental impact, its repercussions, and evaluation procedures.
The workshop witnessed a distinguished attendance that included activists, media figures, economists, and a number of representatives of government departments.
It should be noted that this workshop is part of the activities of the Southern Environmental Coalition for a Sustainable Future project, which reflects joint efforts and cooperation between civil society organizations and government institutions with the aim of building a sustainable society based on the pillars of environmental protection and confronting environmental and climate challenges.
