ورشة تدريبية ( التكيف مع تغير المناخ واستراتيجيات التخفيف من آثاره)
نفذت منظمة اشراقات للتنمية ( IDO) وضمن مشروع ("المرونة المناخية في العراق: تعزيز استراتيجيات التكيف والتخفيف من آثار تغير المناخ") , وبتمويل من السفارة الكندية في العراق الصندوق الكندي للمبادرات المحلية ( FCIL/CFLI ) ,
ورشة تدريبية للمؤسسات الحكومية والمنظمات غير الحكومية المختصة والمهتمة بالتغير المناخي في محافظة المثنى, بتاريخ 9 كانون الثاني يناير 2024 , بحضور عدد من الشخصيات الرسمية الحكومية حيث حضر السيد مدير عام تربية المثنى والسادة رؤساء اتحاد الصناعات و اتحاد رجال الاعمال وعدد من ممثلي الدوائر الحكومية و رؤساء وممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية , كانت الورشة بادرة الأستاذ المهندس يوسف سوادي مدير بيئة المثنى .
حيث ركز التدريب على بناء قدرات المشاركين على تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وبرامج مقاومة للمناخ في المحافظة. وأيضًا وضع استراتيجيات التكيف والتخفيف لمختلف القطاعات (مثل الزراعة وإدارة المياه والصحة والبنية التحتية)، والتنسيق والتعاون المؤسسي من أجل الاستجابة الفعالة لتغير المناخ.
Training workshop (adaptation to climate change and mitigation strategies)
It was implemented by the Ishraqat Development Organization (IDO) and within the project (“Climate Resilience in Iraq: Strengthening Adaptation Strategies and Mitigation of the Impacts of Climate Change”), and funded by the Canadian Embassy in Iraq, the Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives (FCIL/CFLI).
A training workshop for governmental institutions and non-governmental organizations concerned with climate change in Muthanna Governorate, on January 9, 2024, in the presence of a number of official government figures. The Director General of Muthanna Education, the heads of the Federation of Industries and the Businessmen Union, and a number of representatives of government departments and heads of And representatives of non-governmental organizations, the workshop was an initiative by Professor Engineer Youssef Sawadi, Director of the Muthanna Environment.
The training focused on building participants’ capabilities to develop and implement climate-resistant policies and programs in the governorate. Also develop adaptation and mitigation strategies for different sectors (such as agriculture, water management, health, infrastructure), and institutional coordination and cooperation for an effective response to climate change.
