ورشة تدريبية بعنوان (ريادة الأعمال المستدامة) نفذتها منظمة اشراقات للتنمية ( IDO) ضمن مشروع ("المرونة المناخية في العراق: تعزيز استراتيجيات التكيف والتخفيف من آثار تغير المناخ") , وبتمويل من السفارة الكندية في العراق الصندوق الكندي للمبادرات المحلية ( FCIL/CFLI ) ,
للشباب والشابات في محافظة المثنى بعنوان (ريادة الأعمال المستدامة) بتاريخ 7و8 كانون الثاني يناير 2024 , بحضور( 30 مشارك ومشاركة) , كانت الورشة بإدارة المدرب ثائر العبادي .
تضمنت الورشة عدد من المحاور اهمها :
كيفية توليد الأفكار والخطط التي تقود الفرد لتأسيس أو تطوير مشروع قائم عن طريق مزج المخاطرة بالابتكار والإبداع لاكتشاف الفرص الجديدة، وتحويلها لمشروع يحقق ربح وقادر على النمو وكذلك لا يؤثر سلباً على البيئة
كذلك تم التطرق الى اهم التحديات التي تواجه محافظة المثنى من ناحية التغير المناخي ، حيث شملت هذه التحديات قطاعات النقل والطاقة والاسكان والزراعة ، وتم تحديد السبل الكفيلة والافكار التي من الممكن ان تؤسس مشاريع ريادية تساعد على تقليل اثار التغيرات المناخية .
وفي نهاية الورشة تم توزيع شهادات المشاركة على المشاركين تقديرا لمشاركتهم الفاعلة وتفاعلهم .
A training workshop entitled (Sustainable Entrepreneurship) implemented by the Ishraqat Development Organization (IDO) within the project (“Climate Resilience in Iraq: Strengthening Adaptation Strategies and Mitigation of the Impacts of Climate Change”), and funded by the Canadian Embassy in Iraq, the Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives (FCIL/CFLI). ,
For young men and women in Muthanna Governorate, entitled (Sustainable Entrepreneurship), on January 7 and 8, 2024, in the presence of (30 male and female participants), the workshop was moderated by trainer Thaer Al-Abadi.
The workshop included a number of topics, the most important of which are:
How to generate ideas and plans that lead an individual to establish or develop an existing project by mixing risk with innovation and creativity to discover new opportunities, and transforming them into a project that achieves profit and is capable of growth as well as does not negatively affect the environment.
The most important challenges facing Al-Muthanna Governorate in terms of climate change were also discussed, as these challenges included the sectors of transportation, energy, housing, and agriculture, and sufficient ways and ideas were identified that could establish pioneering projects that help reduce the effects of climate change.
At the end of the workshop, certificates of participation were distributed to the participants in appreciation of their active participation and interaction.
