نفذت منظمة اشراقات للتنمية ( IDO) وضمن مشروع ("المرونة المناخية في العراق: تعزيز استراتيجيات التكيف والتخفيف من آثار تغير المناخ") , وبتمويل من السفارة الكندية في العراق الصندوق الكندي للمبادرات المحلية ( FCIL/CFLI ) ,
ورشتين تدريبية للشباب والشابات في محافظة المثنى بعنوان (ريادة الأعمال المستدامة) بتاريخ 7و8 كانون الثاني يناير 2024 , بحضور( 30 مشارك ومشاركة) , كانت الورشة بإدارة المدرب الأستاذ ماجد أبو كلل رئيس مركز ذر للتنمية . وقد حضر ضيفاً على الورشة الأستاذ سالم البديري ممثل دائرة المنظمات غير الحكومية في محافظة المثنى .
الهدف من الورشة تزويد المشاركين بالمعرفة والمهارات اللازمة لبدء وإدارة الأعمال المستدامة التي تساهم في مرونة المناخ والنمو الاقتصادي في المنطقة. وتشمل المواضيع : تخطيط الأعمال، وأبحاث السوق، والإدارة المالية، والممارسات التجارية المستدامة .
تضمن الورشة عدد من المحاور منها : الحقائق الرئيسية عن تغير المناخ في العرق , الإدارة المالية والممارسات التجارية المستدامة , إدارة الأعمال المستدامة التي تساهم في مرونة المناخ والنمو الاقتصادي.
وفي نهاية الورشة تم توزيع شهادات المشاركة على المشاركين تقديرا لمشاركتهم الفاعلة وتفاعلهم مع مواضيعها .
It was implemented by the Ishraqat Development Organization (IDO) and within the project (“Climate Resilience in Iraq: Strengthening Adaptation Strategies and Mitigation of the Impacts of Climate Change”), and funded by the Canadian Embassy in Iraq, the Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives (FCIL/CFLI).
Two training workshops for young men and women in Muthanna Governorate entitled (Sustainable Entrepreneurship) on January 7 and 8, 2024, in the presence of (30 male and female participants). The workshop was the initiative of Professor Majid Abu Kalal, Head of the Dhar Center for Development. A guest at the workshop was Mr. Salem Al-Budairi, representative of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations in Muthanna Governorate.
The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to start and manage sustainable businesses that contribute to climate resilience and economic growth in the region. Topics include: business planning, market research, financial management, and sustainable business practices.
The workshop included a number of topics, including: the main facts about climate change in Iraq, financial management and sustainable business practices, and sustainable business management that contributes to climate resilience and economic growth.
At the end of the workshop, certificates of participation were distributed to the participants in appreciation of their active participation and interaction with its topics
