اقامت منظمة اشراقات للتنمية فريق محافظة نينوى في مقرها في مدينة الموصل وبالتعاون مع جمعية الهلال الأحمر العراقي مكتب نينوى , ورشة تدريبية بعنوان ( الحد من المخاطر والمشاركة المجتمعية ) , بحضور نخبة من الناشطين والمهتمين بموضوع الورشة بتاريخ 11 كانون الاول ديسمبر 2023.
تهدف الورشة الى اشراك المجتمعات وتشجعيهم وتمكينهم من اتباع السلوكيات الصحية الوقائية ومعالجة الأسئلة والخوف والشائعات والوصمة أثناء تفشي الامراض مثل فيروس كورونا المستجد , الحمى النزفية , الكوليرا .
1- التحذير من المخاطر وتقديم المعلومات لمنقذ الحياة في الوقت المناسب .
2-الانخراط في محادثات لتوثيق ومعالجة أسئلة الناس , ردود الفعل , الشكاوى و الشائعات .
3- استخدام أساليب مبتكرة لتشجيع التغيرات السلوكية وقبول الإجراءات الوقائية .
4- تقليل الخوف والقلق وبناء الثقة مع المجتمعات .
وتضمنت الورشة عدد من الفعاليات والأنشطة العملية الهادفة لتعزيز التواصل مع المجتمعات ونشر الرسائل التوعوية الصحيحة من مصادر موثوقة.
Ishraqat Organization for Development, Nineveh Governorate Team, at its headquarters in the city of Mosul, in cooperation with the Iraqi Red Crescent Society, Nineveh Office, held a training workshop entitled (Risk Reduction and Community Participation), in the presence of a group of activists and those interested in the topic of the workshop.
The workshop aims to involve communities, encourage them, and enable them to follow preventive health behaviors and address questions, fear, rumors, and stigma during disease outbreaks such as the new coronavirus, hemorrhagic fever, and cholera.
The workshop included a number of topics, the most important of which were:
1- Warning of dangers and providing information to the life saver in a timely manner.
2-Engage in conversations to document and address people's questions, reactions, complaints and rumors.
3- Using innovative methods to encourage behavioral changes and acceptance of preventive measures.
4- Reducing fear and anxiety and building trust with communities.
The workshop included a number of practical events and activities aimed at enhancing communication with communities and disseminating correct awareness messages from reliable sources.
