شاركت منظمة اشراقات للتنمية في الجلسة الحوارية التي اقامتها مؤسسة المرأة العراقية الماهرة بالتعاون مع منظمة حواء للإغاثة والتنمية بعنوان (التحرش المسكوت عنه ) ، يوم الاحد الموافق ٢٤ ايلول سبتمبر ٢٠٢٣ .
بحضور عدد من الشخصيات المجتمعية وممثلي منظمات المجتمع المدني والشرطة المجتمعية , رئيس المفوضية العليا لحقوق الانسان مكتب المثنى , ووحدة تمكين المرأة في المحافظة, وممثلين عن المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات مكتب المثنى , وحضر الجلسة الأستاذ احمد الشريفي , مسؤول متابعة محافظة المثنى في دائرة المنظمات غير الحكومية .
حيث ناقش الحاضرين عدد من المحاور تخص التحرش والاضرار التي يسببها من الناحية النفسية والاجتماعية ، وتم التطرق الى الاليات القانونية لحماية ضحايا التحرش ودور الشرطة المجتمعية في التعامل مع قضايا التحرش .
اقترح الحاضرين عدد من التوصيات للتدخل في مكافحة هذه الظاهرة السلبية من خلال تعزيز الوعي المجتمعي ( القانوني والديني ) وضرورة الإبلاغ عن هذه الظاهرة ودراسة مسبباتها الاجتماعية والنفسية وضرورة حماية المراة عبر تقديم ورقة سياسات الى أصحاب القرار .
واقترحت ممثلة منظمتنا , الانسة هدى كاظم :- بخصوص القطاع التربوي ,ان من الضروري بناء قدرات الكوادر التدريسية على توعية الطلاب وتثقيفهم بخصوص ظاهرة التحرش وكيفية التعامل مع هذه الظاهرة في البيت او خارجه .
The Ishraqat Organization for Development participated in the dialogue session held by the Skilled Iraqi Women’s Foundation in cooperation with the Eve Relief and Development Organization entitled (Harassment Unspoken), on Sunday, September 24, 2023.
In the presence of a number of community figures, representatives of civil society organizations and the community police, the head of the High Commission for Human Rights, Muthanna Office, the Women’s Empowerment Unit in the governorate, and representatives of the Independent High Electoral Commission, Muthanna Office. The session was attended by Mr. Ahmed Al-Sharifi, Muthanna Governorate Follow-up Officer in the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations. .
The attendees discussed a number of topics related to harassment and the psychological and social damage it causes, and the legal mechanisms to protect victims of harassment and the role of community police in dealing with harassment cases were discussed.
The attendees proposed a number of recommendations to intervene in combating this negative phenomenon by enhancing community awareness (legal and religious), the necessity of reporting this phenomenon, studying its social and psychological causes, and the necessity of protecting women by submitting a policy paper to decision-makers.
The representative of our organization, Miss Hoda Kazim, suggested: With regard to the educational sector, it is necessary to build the capabilities of teaching staff to raise awareness and educate students regarding the phenomenon of harassment and how to deal with this phenomenon at home or outside it.
