مشاركة منظمتنا في الورشة التدريبية بعنوان ( الدور الاعلامي و القانوني لحماية الباحث الاجتماعي )
حيث نفذت منظمة عيون الاعلام الانسانية بالتعاون مع مديرية شباب ورياضة المثنى/ منتدى السماوة النسوي ، بهدف حماية المتعرض للعنف واسترداد حقوقه قانونا مع حماية الاعلاميين العاملين على كتابة وتصوير حالات العنف وحماية الباحثة الاجتماعية قانونا من المشاكل العشائرية والمسائلة القانونية خلال تأدية الواجب ، حضور ممثلي عن قسم حماية الاسرة والطفل وقسم الشرطة المجتمعية ومسؤول وحدة الجندر بدائرة صحة المثنى وباحثات المحاكم العدلية ومسؤولات في مكاتب تمكين المرأة وناشطات بمجال الاعللم وحقوق الانسان .
تناولت الورشة التعريف بمهام الباحثة الاجتماعية وكيفية ادارة الحالة والتعامل مع المتعرضين للعنف وفق المعايير والمبادئ التوجيهية
واشار بمحاضرته رئيس اتحاد الحقوقيين العراقيين السيد صالح العبساوي الى القوانين العراقية التي تجرم حالات العنف مع تطرقه الى اجراءات قانونية من شأنها حماية الباحثة والمرشدة الاجتماعية اثناء اداء المهنة.
Participation of our organization in a training workshop entitled (The media and legal role to protect the social researcher)
Where the Human Media Eyes Organization implemented, in cooperation with the Directorate of Youth and Sports Al-Muthanna / Samawah Women’s Forum, with the aim of protecting the victim of violence and recovering his rights legally while protecting the media professionals working on writing and filming cases of violence and protecting the social researcher legally from clan problems and legal accountability during the performance of duty, in the presence of representatives of the department Family and Child Protection, the Community Police Department, the gender unit official in the Muthanna Health Department, justice court researchers, officials in women's empowerment offices, and activists in the field of media and human rights.
The workshop introduced the tasks of the social researcher, how to manage the case and deal with those exposed to violence according to standards and guidelines.
In his lecture, the head of the Union of Iraqi Jurists, Mr. Salih Al-Absawi, referred to the Iraqi laws that criminalize cases of violence, while addressing legal procedures that would protect the researcher and the social worker during the performance of the profession.
