عقد مركز ذر للتنمية بدعم وتعاون من المعهد الجمهوري الدولي IRI ورشة عمل برنامج المحاسبة ومايكروسوفت ٣٦٥ ودليل شامل للموارد البشرية ، للفترة ١٩-٢٠ /٥ /٢٠٢٣ . وتضمن الورشة عدد من المحاور اهمها :
1 - تعريف ببرنامج كويك بوكس QuickBooks اونلاين وكيفيةالتسجيل فيه واعداد شجرة الحسابات بارقام النظام المحاسبي الموحد العراقي .
2- اعداد بيانات وحسابات المانحين في برنامج QuickBooks واعداد الموازنات والتصنيفات .
3- ادخال القيود الخاصة بالعمليات الحسابية والتقارير المالية في QuickBooks.
5- مجموعة من السياسات العامة والادلة الخاصة بالموارد البشرية والمالية وعرض مجموعة من التطبيقات الخاصة بالمنظمات .
وشارك في الورشة ممثلين عن المنظمات غير الحكومية من محافظات دهوك، السليمانية، اربيل، نينوى، صلاح الدين، ديالى، بغداد، كربلاء. النجف، المثنى، ذي قار، ميسان والبصرة . وفي نهاية الورشة تم منح المشاركين شهادات مشاركة .
The Dhar Center for Development, with the support and cooperation of the International Republican Institute, IRI, held a workshop on accounting software, Microsoft 365, and a comprehensive guide to human resources, for the period 19-20/5/2023. The workshop included a number of topics, the most important of which are:
1 - An introduction to the QuickBooks Online program, how to register in it, and prepare the chart of accounts with the numbers of the Iraqi unified accounting system.
2- Preparing donor data and accounts in QuickBooks and preparing budgets and classifications.
3- Enter entries for calculations and financial reports in QuickBooks.
4- Registering with Microsoft as a non-profit organization and how to benefit from the advantages of registration.
5- A set of general policies and manuals for human and financial resources, and a presentation of a set of applications for organizations.
Representatives of non-governmental organizations from the governorates of Dohuk, Sulaymaniyah, Erbil, Nineveh, Salah al-Din, Diyala, Baghdad and Karbala participated in the workshop. Najaf, Muthanna, Dhi Qar, Maysan and Basra. At the end of the workshop, the participants were awarded certificates of participation.
