دورة المراة القيادية الناجحة:التحديات وأفضل الممارسات

 برعاية رئيس جامعة المثنى الاستاذ الدكتور عامر علي العطوي وإشراف عميد كلية التربية الأساسية الاستاذ الدكتور محمد فليح الجبوري تم إختتام دورة المراة القيادية الناجحة:التحديات وأفضل الممارسات والتي اقيمت للمدة من 17-18\10\2022 والتي اقامتها شعبة ضمان الجودة وتقويم الاداء  ولجنة تمكين المرأة في كلية التربية الاساسية  وبالتعاون مع  منظمة إشراقات للتنمية في محافظة المثنى  ،  حاضر في الدورة كلا من  (م.د كوثر عبد الحسن عبدالله والسيد ثائر عبد الخالق العبادي رئيس منظمة اشراقات للتنمية) ، حيث تضمن اليوم الاول من الدورة محاضرة عن (الادارة والقيادة والفرق بينهما والقيادة الموروثة والمكتسبة)  ,اما اليوم الثاني من الدورة تضمن محاضرة عن صفات المرأة القيادية,وشهدت الدورة مناقشات بين المدربين والحضور وفي نهاية الدورة تم اجراء اختبار للمتدربين.

Under the auspices of the President of Al-Muthanna University, Prof. Dr. Amer Ali Al-Atwi, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Basic Education, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Falih Al-Jubouri, the successful women’s leadership course: challenges and best practices, which was held for the period from 10/17-18/10/2022, was concluded and was set up by the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division and the Women’s Empowerment Committee In the College of Basic Education and in cooperation with the Ishraqat Organization for Development in Al-Muthanna Governorate, the session was attended by (Dr. Kawthar Abdul-Hassan Abdullah and Mr. Thaer Abdul-Khaliq Al-Abadi, Head of the Ishraqat Organization for Development), where the first day of the course included a lecture on (management and leadership and the difference between them and leadership inherited and acquired), and the second day of the course included a lecture on the qualities of women's leadership, and the course witnessed discussions between the trainers and the audience, and at the end of the course a test was conducted for the trainees.
