عقدت الحكومة المحلية في محافظة المثنى ، جلسة استماع مع منظمات المجتمع المدني ومنها ( منظمة اشراقات للتنمية ) التي انجزت استبيان الاحتياجات الخاصة بالمحافظة ضمن موازنة ٢٠٢٣ بالتعاون مع مشروع تكامل للتعرف على أولويات و احتياجات المواطنين في القطاعات المختلفة ، والأستماع إلى نتائج الأستبيانات التي أجرتها المنظمات في المحافظة بحضورالمسؤوليين الحكوميين ، نائب المحافظ السيد عادل الياسري والمعاون الفني وعدد من مدراء الدوائرالخدمية . و تم التطرق على اهم التحديات منها قلة التخصيصات المالية للمحافظة وتلكأ المشاريع الوزارية. كما تم توضيح عدد المشاريع المنفذة والمشاريع قيد التنفيذ وخصوصا في مجال الصحة والتربية والبلديات والطرق والجسور.
The local government in Al-Muthanna governorate held a hearing session with civil society organizations, including (Ishraqat Organization for Development), which completed a questionnaire on the special needs of the governorate within the 2023 budget, in cooperation with the Takamul project, to identify the priorities and needs of citizens in various sectors, and listen to the results of the questionnaires conducted by the organizations in The governorate was attended by government officials, the deputy governor, Mr. Adel Al-Yasiri, the technical assistant and a number of directors of service departments. The most important challenges were addressed, including the lack of financial allocations for the governorate and the delay in ministerial projects. It also clarified the number of implemented projects and projects under implementation, especially in the field of health, education, municipalities, roads and bridges.
