برنامج ( مشاركة المجتمع المدني في حوكمة إدارة المال العام )

 عقد مركز ذر للتنمية اول ورشة تدريبية ضمن برنامج ( مشاركة المجتمع المدني في حوكمة إدارة المال العام )، خصصت الورشة لالية التعاون المشترك بين الحكومات المحلية والمنظمات غير الحكومية في مجال المراقبة والاشراف التي اصدرتها الامانة العامة لمجلس الوزراء، حضر الورشة ممثل السيد المحافظ الاستاذ كريم سعد والعقيد علي عجمي ممثل قيادة شرطة محافظة المثنى والاستاذ سالم البديري ممثل دائرة المنظمات غير الحكومية في الامانة العامة لمجلس الوزراء والدكتور محمد الطويل ممثل دائرة صحة المثنى والدكتور احسان رئيس جمعية علماء الليزر والتدريسي في جامعة المثنى والاستاذ فالح الهتيمي رئيس غرفة صناعة المثنى والاستاذ قابل حميد مدير دائرة تخطيط المثنى والاستاذ سامي عبد العزيز ممثل المديرية العامة لتربية المثنى بالاضافة الى ثمانية موظفين من المديرية والاستاذ ماجد الجياشي مدير مكتب المفوضية العليا بحقوقو الانسان في محافظة المثنى والاستاذ نبيل الميالي مدير التدريب في جامعة المثنى وعدد كبير من رؤساء المتظمات غير الحكومية والناشطين المدنيين من الجنسين والاعلاميين . 

Dhar Center for Development held the first training workshop within the program (Civil Society Participation in the Governance of Public Fund Management). The workshop was devoted to the mechanism of joint cooperation between local governments and non-governmental organizations in the field of monitoring and supervision issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers. The representative of the Governor, Mr. Karim Saad, attended the workshop. Colonel Ali Ajami, representative of the Muthanna Governorate Police Command, Professor Salem Al-Badiri, representative of the Non-Governmental Organizations Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, Dr. Muhammad Al-Taweel, representative of the Muthanna Health Department, Dr. Ihsan, head of the Association of Laser Scientists and a teacher at Al-Muthanna University, Professor Faleh Al-Hatimi, head of the Muthanna Chamber of Industry, and Professor Qabil Hamid, director of the department Muthanna Planning and Mr. Sami Abdel Aziz, representative of the General Directorate of Muthanna Education, in addition to eight employees from the Directorate, Mr. Majed Al-Jayashi, Director of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Muthanna Governorate, Mr. Nabil Al-Mayali, Director of Training at Al-Muthanna University, and a large number of heads of non-governmental organizations and civil activists of both sexes and media professionals.
