عقدت ورشة العمل الثانية لمشروع ( حُكْم محلي شفاف وشامل في العراق ) في السليمانية ولثلاثة ايام متتالية من ٢١ الى ٢٣ وبحضور الحكومات المحلية الثلاثة من محافظات الديوانية والمثنى والبصرة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني في تلك المحافظات .وتناولت الورشة آليات تبادل الخبرات والمعلومات والتحليل المشترك بين منظمات المجتمع المدني والحكومات المحلية ووظائف المجتمع المدني والحكومات المحلية في العمليات التشاركية - النظرية والإطار القانوني , يتم تنفيذ هذا المشروع من قبل مؤسسة البحوث العراقية للتحليل والتنمية (إرفاد) و(جمعية الفردوس العراقية) بتمويل من أكاديمية فولك برنادوت السويدية (FBA)
The second workshop for the project (Transparent and Comprehensive Local Governance in Iraq) was held in Sulaymaniyah for three consecutive days from 21 to 23, in the presence of the three local governments from the governorates of Diwaniyah, Muthanna, and Basra, and civil society organizations in those governorates. The workshop dealt with mechanisms for exchanging experiences, information, and joint analysis between civil society organizations. And local governments and the functions of civil society and local governments in participatory processes - the theory and legal framework, this project is implemented by the Iraqi Research Foundation for Analysis and Development (Irfad) and (Iraqi Firdous Association) funded by the Swedish Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA)
