اتحاد الجقوقيين العراقيين /فرع المثنى ندوة حواريه حول (صلاحيات مجالس المحافظات
وفقا لقانون المحافظات الغير منتظمة باقليم ) بحضور عدد كبير من الحقوقيين ومنظمات
المجتمع المدني منها منظمة اشراقات للتنمية ومركز ذر للتمنية وعدد من الناشطين
المدنيين وحضور القاضي المتقاعد (علي الحميدي)حيث تم مناقشة صلاحيات مجالس محافظات
وطرح العديد من الافكار والتوصيات التي تخدم الصالح العام كما تم مناقشة فقرات
القانون المذكور ومتابعة المشاكل التي تعاني منها المحافظة.
The Iraqi Juqoqi Union / Al-Muthanna Branch held a symposium on (the
powers of the provincial councils according to the law of the governorates that
are not organized in a region) in the presence of a large number of jurists and
civil society organizations, including the Ishraqat Organization for
Development, the Dhar Center for Development and a number of civil activists,
and the presence of the retired judge (Ali Al-Hamidi), where they discussed The
powers of the provincial councils, and put forward many ideas and
recommendations that serve the public interest. The paragraphs of the
aforementioned law were also discussed, and the problems that the province
suffers from were followed up.
