The Human Rights Office in Al-Muthanna Governorate hosted the Non-Governmental Organizations Department, Capacity Building Department and Accounts Auditing Department, a training workshop on writing financial reports and narrative activities for organizations registered in Al-Muthanna Governorate. The organization is Mr. Mohamed Hakim and a number of heads of organizations. The establishment of this training course comes within the framework of achieving one of the main objectives of the Non-Governmental Organizations Law No. (12) of 2010 regarding supporting and developing the capabilities of organizations, preserving their independence, creating channels of communication with partners, and identifying the most important problems that face the work of non-governmental organizations, and work to develop proposals to find solutions to these problems
