جلسة حوارية رقم (1) بأستضافة عضو مجلس محافظة المثنى السيدة زهرة
عليوي الصياغي ,رئيسة لجنة المراة في المجلس.طرح عدة نقاط للمناقشة أهمها :-
نسبة حصول المرأة على المناصب الوزارية
ضئيلة جدا بسبب التفريق بين الجنسين - لم
تحصل المرأة على حقوقها بشكل كامل - حصلت
المرأة على بعض حقوقها بجهدها الذاتي وصراع مستمر مع الرجال - المرأة الجامعية
التي تعمل استاذة جامعية تعاني من التضييق في الحصول على الاجازة او التنقل من قسم
الى اخر - الدين الاسلامي ضمن للمرأة حقوقها لكن القوانيين المدنية الحالية تقييد
المرأة وتحجم دورها في كل المجالات - دائما تسعى المرأة للحصول على منصب اداري
رفيع مثلا مدير عام او وكيل وزير او وزير او نائب رئيس وزراء
With funding from the Iraqi Al-Amal Association and the Norwegian
People's Aid Organization, Ishraqat for Development is implementing dialogue
sessions and activities for the project to revitalize the role of women in
democratic participation
Dialogue session (1) hosted by the member of the Muthanna Provincial
Council, Mrs. Zahra Aliwi Al-Sayaghi, Chairperson of the Women’s Committee in
the Council. He raised several points for discussion, the most important of
which are:
The percentage of women obtaining ministerial positions is very small
due to gender discrimination - Women did not fully obtain their rights - Women
obtained some of their rights through their own efforts and constant struggle
with men - University women who work as university professors suffer from
restrictions in obtaining a license or moving from a department To another -
the Islamic religion guarantees women their rights, but the current civil laws
restrict women and limit their role in all fields - women always seek to obtain
a high administrative position, for example, general manager, deputy minister,
minister, or deputy prime minister
